There is no definite or correct answer to this question, as the crystal bed therapy is a means to stimulate your body’s self-healing processes and promote your physical, mental and spiritual awareness.
One’s need for a crystal bed therapy session depends ultimately on one’s intuition and current awareness of one’s physical, mental or spiritual state. Listen to your body and mind and they will give you the right answers for your self-healing process.
Nevertheless, as a guideline, we recommend the use of the crystal bed on a regular basis in order to keep your chakras balanced and your energy level at flow.
