Our Crystal Healing Bed is a metaphysical device which is prone to stimulate the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms.
Each of the 7 crystals has its corresponding chakra. The light pulsates through the crystals onto the individual’s body, enhancing the energy of his/her specific chakra. As the colour frequency is transmitted through the crystal onto the corresponding chakra, the chakra is cleansed, energized, and brought into balance with all of the other chakras simultaneously.
The Crystal Healing Bed cleanses, balances and recharges the body’s energy and creates deep relaxation. It is also a great preventative modality.
The effects of a crystal healing therapy
As with many of subtle energy healing therapies, no claims can be made that any physical or mental disease states can be completely cured with use of a crystal product. Nevertheless, there are countless reports from individuals that claimed to have felt their body’s self-healing process be stimulated by the Crystal Bed and Crystal Wand.

Before the session
- Drink water or herb tea to provide your body with enough liquid and minerals

During the session
- Feel free to have some low-volume mantra or meditation music playing in the background
- Lie down on a massage table on your back with your head under the white chakra
- Keep your body in relaxing position, that is, legs stretched and slightly spread, arms spread alongside your body with palms facing upward (do not cross legs or arms as this will block the energy flow)
- Cover the eyes with a cloth when using the Crystal Bed. This way you can fully relax and focus on your self-healing
- Relax under the Crystal Bed from 20 up to 40 minutes, depending on the designated duration

After the session
- Once the Crystal Healing Bed is turned off, rest laying on the bed for some minutes to let the positive effects take place and to have your body & mind slowly “come back”
- Drink water or herb tea to provide your body with minerals for your self-healing process

Before we present the hard facts on the crystals that we use for our crystal beds and crystal wands, it is important to know that the design of crystals does not define whether they have a high or low energetic frequency. Each crystal has its unique energy and that is what we like to focus on.
The crystals we use for the crystal beds and crystal wands by The HealingCastle are clear Quartz crystals that are cut by hand with 25 facets. The way they are cut leans on the principle of Marcel Vogel with the purpose to amplify the dispersion of the crystals' natural energy.
Our crystal beds and crystal wands are provided with crystals that are approximately
5-6 cm long and 2-3 cm wide with one pointy end which is also 25-facetted.
As stated above, each crystal has its individual energy. For each crystal bed we select seven crystals that to us intuitively seem to harmonize with each other the most.
